I was involved in a serious car accident on Feb 9, 2016, as an uninsured motorist; a day that nearly stopped me dead in my tracks, as I suffered pretty substantial injuries. Joey Gilbert Law was amongst the top web results in my search for personal injury lawyer, and knowing I had a fight on my hands, I made the call. Paralegal Diana Sims picked up my case immediately, and made time to meet with me the very next day. I was overwhelmed with an instant sense of comfort and confidence after my first meeting at the firm. She told me not to worry about a thing... assured me that my case was significant, that I WAS MOST IMPORTANT, and that my recovery would first and foremost be taken care of. And that it was! Before I left the office that day, Diana gave me a personal guarantee that I would receive a settlement. I had every reason to trust her. She went hard to work and began fighting for me right away, while I started my new full-time job of recovery. I recovered quickly since she led me to the best care. After a couple of months, a new player joined the Joey Gilbert fight team, and his name was Attorney John Stephenson. In a meeting one afternoon, John asked me how I would like to settle MY CASE. He definitely put the power in my hands. I told him that I wished to settle it quickly, but not for the low ball offer from the other driver's insurance. He said, "Matt, give me the lowest number you would settle with, and I will get you as close to that number as I can." "With a $100,000 policy limit, I can probably demand an $80,000 settlement, and get you somewhere very close." So, I passed him a note written $80k. "Alright, you got it." He said. Mr. Gilbert and his team are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. They care about your well being and do what it takes to get the best outcome for you. His team is extremely proactive and will give you instructions on what you should do to help your case. Mr. Gilbert cares about his clients and it shows in his work! If you ever end up in a situation where you need a lawyer, Mr Gilbert and his team should be the first call you make. It will be the best decision you can make in a difficult time. You are in good hands with this team! If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 I would, they are that good.

Right from the start they made me feel like they were professionals I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Mr.GIlbert is the best of the best. I got a dui in Reno, I was so scared. I did research found mr. Gilbert Online everyone spoke highly of him. I called, spoke to Carlos, he made me feel better he really listened to me explained the processed he was very knowledgable. I knew I was in good hands right away. They were companionate and accommodating, spoke in Spanish. I live all the way in San Francisco so it was nice they took care of court dates, only had to show up at the end. He got the charges reduced to reckless. The judge said I had a great lawyer and should be thanking Mr.Gilbert only due to his hard work was I able to get my charges reduced. He made me feel like he was there to help me get thru this beginning to end. THANK YOU, so much MR.Gilbert, Carlos, Kay!

Joey Gilbert Law is filled with people that get things done! Specifically Diana Sims she has been helping me with closing out my case! She is so wonderful that she met me at the office on the weekend so i could pick something up from her even though their office is not open on the weekends. She went out of her way for me, and Diana is super friendly as well! She definitely does a fantastic job at actually knowing your case too! She took over my case because Matt Dion left the firm and even though she did not receive money from my case she still treated me like i mattered!
