No longer John Ascuagas Nugget but The Nugget Hotel and Casino owned by a random gaming corp. The place has gone to hell, no customer service and disgusting food. Ours was comped because it was to poorly cooked. The restaurant manager seemed oblivious to this as though he comps meals all the time. Poor cocktail service and broken machines. Don't waste your time or money. Kevin Bedell, slots manager is the biggest wet end you will ever meet.

Had dinner at the "cafe" steak was burnt on one side, raw on the other, and smelled rancid. Luckily my waitress addressed the issue. Next night, I had dinner at the oyster bar. Ended up nearly swallowing a thick white hair (I'm fully bald, and my buddy has very long black hair) the waitress nearly refused to believe that the hair came from the kitchen. Also, the room doesn't have a microwave, room service was unable to bring silverware, I had to go downstairs to Starbucks to get a spoon. The free WiFi is garbage, and the "resort" fees cost nearly the same as the room. I'm not coming back.

Golden times sure fits it's profile here. Everything is very outdated. The rooms we're dirty. Beds were really hard for the Flintstone ages. Found hairs between the sheets. The table and windows had smudges all over. I wanted to leave but we drove 7 hours to be here. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not impressed. Your resort fee covers, two small bottles of water, yfi, pool and work out room. That's it. They don't tell you that you will over look the train freight yard and interstate. Only shuttle is to the airport, not even to downtown. Could take lessons for the Pink shell in Fort Myers Beach. At least your fee also paid for breakfast there. Had to change rooms, cuz power wasn't working right.
