I would definitely recommend John Fitzgerald to anyone. We needed a great lawyer for son and we made the best choice with John. He worked hard for 2 yrs with my son and in the end helped my son get 30 felony charges dismissed off his record. Any time my son called the office Breanna or Jessica was awesome in talking with him or getting Mr. Fitzgerald to call him back soon has possible. I have all the confidence in the world in him  and his staff. So if you need a great attorney please call John Fitzgerald.

Very great guy!!! He helped me out tremendously!!! Would recommend him to everyone! Thank you again Mr. Fitzgerald if ever in need again u will be the first and last person I call ....he told me my options and what I wanted to do he got done no hesitation and no problems!

If there was a medal for being the best lawyer in Forsyth County, John Fitzgerald should receive it with honors. In all my encounters with lawyers, court, etc I have never been treated with more respect and genuine kindness. I was extremely nervous reaching out on my own to any law firm especially because it was my first time without the help of my parents. Luckily I was directed through some good friends to John.  His entire team is exceptional. I would like to thank Neil Rankin, his second in command along with his chief legal assistant Breana. Even Jessica, his paralegal was very welcoming. When I walked into his law office for the first time, they were all there to make me feel comfortable and greet me with open arms. As I read some of these previous reviews, I notice some people are keen on bringing up John's rates. I am a 22 year old server who had barely anything saved in his bank account at the time I was charged with my crimes. John is not unreasonable in the slightest and actually is very understanding of someone else's situation. He diagnoses the given circumstance of your case and gives you an honest and fair price. I don't even really view John as my lawyer but more as a friend. Lastly, I just want to say that if you are even slightly considering appointing John Fitzgerald as your lawyer for any criminal charge, do it. He will try to the best of his abilities to get you the best possible outcome during your trial. Thank you for everything you did for me I will never forget it.

I was in need of getting an out of state ticket taken care of. Not only was it done professionally it was done fast. Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. I would highly recommend Mr Fitzgerald to handle your traffic ticket needs. The process was seamless and the documentation I received in the mail explained everything I needed to do.
