Dr. Knight put on a gold cap. When it fell off, I was told about $60. to put it back. It took him 10 min to cement it back. I spent thousands of $$ on caps. He charged me $225 to put it back. Be careful he will try to cap your teeth.

Dr. Knight is a fantastic Dentist who really cares about his patients. He has a superb friendly staff. He is funny and talented at his Job. It is very rare to find a Dentist that you look forward to meeting but Dr. Knight is great! Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Knight for 5 years and are very pleased. We highly recommend you choose Dr. Knight as your dentist in Charlottesville. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and a lot of them are completely opposite from what both my wife and I have experienced.

Great dental office. My husband and I have gone for years and they are always so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

It was my first visit. The office was professional and friendly. My hygienist was kind and gentle. She walked me through what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Knight was friendly and introduced himself as Jay to me and made me feel welcomed. I was worried after a few years of skipping visits I had major issues and they did a through up and assured me I was in good shape. I left feeling great and ready to come back in 6 months.

There is one positive—I will say their office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Went here for years. Loved my initial hygienist, but after she left I should've gone too. The next hygienist complained about dental school expecting her to take exams and she was so relieved that she no longer had to worry about performing like that. Most recently, they gave me a new dentist. He spotted 6 cavities on my xrays, but I had experienced NO discomfort at all and they appeared without warning in 6 months. I had no dietary or medical changes and was flossing and brushing daily. He drilled and filled them in July and in November they are so temperature and pressure sensitive that salad is too cold to eat and tortilla chips are out of the question. I did go back to give them a chance to fix it, but he said the cavities that I never felt any discomfort from before were just so deep that I'm lucky I didn't need a root canal.
