Jeremy with Hiester went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and got the car we wanted and needed at a good deal. we looked at cars from multiple dealerships and Jeremy just seemed to know more about his Chevy's and other cars than most others knew about their cars. We're really happy with our new equinox, and the Hiester specific deals like valet service and engine guarantee add extra peace of mind. Also their prices were the best Chevy prices around.

Top notch customer service! Fast turn around times for maintenance on your vehicle, very well organized staff and friendly to your every need. I quit going to Deacon Jones and started going here, and couldnt be happier!

I am disgusted with the service department at John Hiester. They took advantage of my mother, who lives paycheck to paycheck as it is. She purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from them less than 2 years ago. When she purchased it, she was told she had a 5 year warranty. They didn't tell her that warranty started from the day the car was built!!! So anyways, she took it in because for about a month, her water outlet has been leaking. It's a slow leak, and she can't miss work, so she has just been adding coolant as needed. She managed to get a morning off, so she took her car in this morning. There are no words. They will they not cover the repair--her warranty ran out 2 weeks ago. It's been leaking a month!!!!! They quoted her $500 to repair a very simple, $50 part...then, before they would let her leave with her car, they charged her $145 to ADD ANTIFREEZE!!!!!! She never approved them doing ANYTHING that would cost her, but they did it anyways and made her pay it before she could leave!!!!! That was my mom's money to eat for two weeks, right here before Christmas??? I am going to every resource I can to make sure these crooks do not take advantage of any more hardworking women like my mother!!!! Beware of these crooked scam artists!!!!!! Her place of employment used to do all their business here also, but will not be any more either!!!!

Great place to purchase a vehicle. No pressure, haggling, phony sales pitches. Peaceful, straight-forward and honest. We purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart for our 17yr old son and the process couldn't have been smoother. 
John Hamilton was great to work with. We asked what was the best deal they could get us out the door with, and they made us happy customers. We will have this vehicle serviced there as they have stated the engine will be guaranteed for life if we do so! I anticipate great service in the future and just hope this car will keep our son driving on the road for many years to come. Thank you so much for the great experience. We will be back in the future for another vehicle I am sure.
