This was buy far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Nolan was my sales guy and he was truly amazing, helping every step of the way. As well as Jacob in financing, they both worked so hard. This is definitely my dealership for LIFE. Great people and great service.

Pleasant experience from the time of the appointment set up, to my pick up for a test drive, to signing all the paper work. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and I will recommend everyone I know to go there. The easiest car buying experience of my life!  Thanks to entire staff that helped me.

The workers we’re very friendly, and helped me purchase my first vehicle. The one I wanted was a Dodge Dart, but after going through payment options and etc. it wasn’t worth it. One of the guys showed me the 2013 Hyundai Sonata and I instantly liked that car! My bank even offered me decent payments. So, overall I’m satisfied with my customer experience at John Hiester Chevrolet of Lillington. Only thing I would recommended is maybe a way to speed up the process!

My experience buying my first new car (on my own!) was a seamless one. Every person I interacted with at Hiester from John the sales manager, Jessica my salesperson, Scott in financing and even Debi in parts was so genuinely nice and cared about helping me make my decision. It was an easy one after that! Thank you, Hiester family!

Overall Great customer experience & car was purchased at a very good price. I would highly recommend working with Chad H. as a salesperson; very nice guy and easy to work with. Nice balance of being informative and responsive but not pushy.
