I came for routine service on my car and a couple of warranty issues.  They did their best to accommodate my transportation needs while they had my car.  They had to order parts which meant a return trip but that was understandable. The service staff is friendly and professional, thanks for putting everything together for me.

This was by far the easiest time I’ve had in purchasing a new car. Michael Breeze was very knowledgeable with the cars we looked into and patient when I needed to take my time on browsing the inventory. I would recommend any of my friends or family to come to John Holt and ask for Michael!

I was looking for vehicles online. This is the only dealership that would give me any kind of estimate on my trade in. Other dealerships wouldn't even consider giving me an estimate online and when i went to other dealerships their offer on my trade in was a joke. I feel like I did get a good deal on my trade in and my vehicle purchase, however i do wish i would have tried to negotiate a better price on the vehicle i purchased. (I'm really bad at that kind of stuff) when we test drove the vehicle the AC was not blowing cold air so they gave me a loaner car and ordered a new part. When I came to pick up my car Michael installed my car seat (I'm really bad at that kind of stuff too) so that was very much appreciated! 
When we decide to trade in my husband's vehicle this WILL be the first place we look at

The entire experience, from start to end, was one of the most pleasant I have experienced. I have purchased over 15 new vehicles, and this was, by far, the quickest I have ever been out the door with exactly what I (and my 16 yo daughter) wanted. I would highly recommend John Holt Auto, and Mike Adkins specifically,  to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. First time I have had the owner greet me during the process.

I felt that John Holt Dealers and especially Ryan Cass did and outstanding job while helping find my Chevrolet Camaro Ryan was very informative about my new car and the and it was very relaxing while I was they were getting my financing together I would give both Ryan Cass and the John Holt Dealer a Five Star report and would recommend any one to go to John Holt if they are wanting to buy a new car or a used car.
