Used the grounds and one small building for van radio's Field Day. It was a great place to setup and meet the public.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure

Really great place to visit. Built in 1845 lots of history here.
We love taking the grandkids over, especially during holidays and on special occasions when they have demonstrations and family activities for everyone to do. The kids have a great time and it's always a terrific learning experience, with the wonderful and knowledgeable tour guides!
Excellent outgoing staff that love our history.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
The Ladies that gave our school a tour are so wonderful! You can tell that they are passionate about what they do, and they're so good with the children. They were able to keep 36 four year olds engaged and in awe! Love love love them!
Friday was a cold and blustery day in Beaumont, TX. We decided to go to the John Jay French Museum. It is one of the oldest surviving houses on the Gulf Coast, and it is filled with original family belongings. We had a wonderful docent, Melanie, who told us many interesting stories about the family!
Melanie does an excellent job describing John French’s story and the restoration of his home. My mother-in-law and I greatly enjoyed the guided tour. Educational and interesting. Highly recommend.
Very cool, relaxing museum and environment - park-like setting. Parking is a bit odd, but close. Super nice docents, great place for a picnic or to book an event in Heritage Hall.
Participated in the pumpkin walk. Nice evening out with family.Visited onPublic holidayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
