Dr. Kelly is the best diagnostician I've ever encountered. He has taken care of me, my wife, and our daughter for over 25 years. He is caring, and is not an alarmist. His staff always treats us with respect. My wife has a surgical procedure with her urologist every three months to check for bladder cancer. Cheryl from Dr. Kelly's office always calls or emails me the next day to ask about my wife. We are treated like family by Dr. Kelly and his practice.

This Empire Group is TERRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE AND DOES NOT PRESCRIBE ANY MEDICATIONS. Ever since Dr Kelly became Chief of Staff at Clara Mass Hospital, he is EXTREMELY CONSERVATIVE AND VERY VAUGUE AND QUICK. ONCE HE WAS LISTENING TO MY CHEST SOUNDS AND THE STETHOSCOPE WASN'T IN HIS EARS😀😁🤔

The entire staff, doctor included, looked unhappy and boarderline miserable. I wasted an hour there and did not see 1 smile from any staff memeber the whole time. What a downer. Never going back. And to make matters worse, I was given the wrong info from their nurse when booking the appointment, so spent i an hour waiting (with my toddlers) for them to end up telling me they did not offer the vaccines I needed. What a waste of time.

They fit me in during a busy period in they're day.  The staff is very courteous, helpful, and even cheerful.  Dr. Kelly is an excellent doctor and takes the time to figure out what the issue is.  The facility doesn't look "exciting" from the street but the interior is nicely furnished and there is plenty of parking in the rear of the building.

Feeling a lot better! Thank you so much to Dr. Kelly and his wonderful staff.  I'm always treated professionally, and with compassion. Been a patient for many years here, never have a problem getting an appointment especially on short notice. Nurses send your prescriptions directly to the pharmacy, so convenient when you're not feeling well. Thanks again for the great service always.
