We went with Tanya Peterson and were told she worked with Margaret Boehmer.  But, we never saw Margaret after the initial meeting.  Tanya communicated on a regular basis for the first couple of weeks, then communication became more distant.  Emails and phone calls were taking several days to receive and return and certain details in the listing were not correct.  She also withheld information in regards to what potential buyers liked or disliked about the property until we told her that we wanted to cancel our contract.  In the end, we decided to go with another Realtor company after issues we had that were not addressed.  I am not sure how any of the other agents are, but I would strongly recommend not using Tanya Peterson.
