Dr.  Ortega is really down to earth and awesome. When i couldn't hear out of my left ear,  he sent me for the tests that discovered my acoustic neuroma brain tumor.  Other doctors hadn't even heard of this before and Dr. Ortega was the one who found it and potentially saved me from having major paralysis issues and nerve damage.  He referred me to surgeons who removed the tumor successfully at Loyola. He's the best. Highly recommend.
