Worst attorney in history, he gives attorneys a bad name. Attorneys are bad enough, but if he's yours, he doesn't care about you or your issues and needs. His number one aim, as your attorney, is to keep you in court billing hours and to keep the meter running. Even if you want to just get things over with and move on with your life.  It won't happen with this firm.  Convinces you it's in your best interest and the entire time you are the one paying. Thoundsands spent before you know it on crazy things, alwhile the real bills only just to poor in!  

His son takes right after him, except he's a smoker who thinks he's smart. 

Sad! 

Never use this family or firm.

This guy, it the biggest crook I ever meet. He did my divorce. He did not complete his job and left me exposed to liability. This was all his fault. I paid him for a job and he didn't do it. I even have it writing for him to fix it. After I got more involved he did the work. Then charges me to fix his mistakes. Then the thief put a lean in my house. He will never return calls or email just keeps on billing you. Then he charged me to read my email and messages. He never contacted me. I could go on and on. Trust me lawyers like him are the reason why we hate them. stay away !
I believe Mr. Foley does this to all his clients that are in his words collectable.

I was referred to John by a good friend of mine and I'm thankful that I was. I've had the experience in the past where I had to hunt down my lawyer and to no avail at times. John on the other hand would reach out to me when it was necessary and important while always being detailed and informative with the information he related to me but most importantly he was truthful and straight forward with the expectations from the case and the possible outcome. I'm happy he's my lawyer and would highly recommend him.
