I was slightly disappointed after my visit to John Roberts in Strongsville.  One of the reasons I chose to schedule an appointment here was because the website stated that haircuts included a complimentary arm massage, mini facial, style and make up touch up.  I have been to other John Roberts salons and this is something I don't typically take advantage of but being in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy this was something I was looking forward to this time.  Unfortunately, I only received a hair wash, scalp massage, cut and blow dry.  My stylist was very personable and did a great job with my cut but I felt a bit short changed since all these things were listed as included. I didn't speak up because it didn't look as though any of the other customers were receiving this either.  If this is no longer offered it should be removed from the site.  Had I known this I would have selected a more cost friendly salon (with tip I paid $50 for a trim) or tried somewhere new.
