John's Cleaners deserves five stars. One for quality of care, one for personal service, one for environmental practices, one for fair pricing and one because its the most fun cleaner to visit.

I recently brought 12 items to be dry cleaned here, out of that 3 items came back with problems. An expensive dress was torn in two places, a silk blouse was missing a neck strap, and they also failed to spot clean one of my sweaters (I had pointed out the spots when I brought this in). It ended up taking 2.5 weeks to finally get all of my items back. John replaced the strap on my blouse, re-cleaned my sweater, and attempted to fix my dress. In the end he said he would issue me a check for the dress, as it was damaged.
