Needs a better beer selection

I used their bar and catering service for our wedding and they were very helpful in our selection process and excellent in their service day of. Their prices aren't the very best out there but they allow you to return anything unopened which means you only pay for what you use (and they were thoughtful about opening bottles at the wedding, which meant we did not have a lot of duplicate liquor bottles that were half full). They also went above and beyond by mixing a signature cocktail for us with rhubarb syrup I had made prior to the wedding. My Husband cannot have gluten and there was some mix up at the wedding, we selected a cider, but they had a beer of the same name instead, However as soon as we explained this to them they had the appropriate cider brought out from their store and being served at our bars before  the end of cocktail hour, we couldn't ask for more.

Mark, the owner, seems like a nice enough guy. Had him supply the alcohol to my function. He agreed to pick up all the extras and credit back. He claimed that one of the boxes wasnt there for pickup so he couldnt credit it back. His pickup driver was late so I couldnt stick around to do a full reconciliation. Figured I could trust him, but apparently not. He told me twice he would follow up, but never did. ALso appeared very disorganized whenever I called for something, his answer was always, "i'm actually working on it now". Nice guy, but cant trust him.
