I would highly recommend hiring Attorney Simonian to resolve your bankruptcy case. He is thorough, quick to respond to your questions, and makes the process of filing as unintimidating as possible. After receiving the discharge from my debts, I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and how he and his staff brought my case to a positive resolution.

With all the pressure of a bank levy and wage garnishment due to a huge change in my life. John Simonian was there for me. He was professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly he has a very calming way of handling these very stressful situations. He put me at ease and assured me that I would be taken care of and we would get through this together. Each step of the way I was prepared and knew exactly what was going to happen. With detailed hand outs and online videos it was like I had already gone through the process before the actual proceedings. I would recommend John Simonian to anyone that needs help in tough financial times. Thank you!

When you finally realize you can’t pay the debt you have incurred, it’s embarrassing, and you feel like a failure.  We finally decided to go on a consult about filing bankruptcy, and we were referred to John Simonian by another attorney.  When we met with John, we were nervous, humiliated, and defeated.  He was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind, and made us feel at ease right away.  He explained the process and exactly what would happen.  He also was available for any questions we had, and when I would email him, he got back to me right away.  I really appreciated his quick responses and his kindness and understanding during the process.  He made us feel better about our situation and always treated us with respect and dignity.  I was very impressed with him and his ability to make us feel comfortable during the process.   I remember being at the verge of tears in our first meeting, and the relief I felt after talking with him.  I would highly recommend John Simonian, and will refer him to anyone I know in need of his services.   I can’t thank him enough for helping us get through a very stressful time, and making the process so easy and go so smoothly.
