I LIVED AT ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES FOR 3 YEARS. THINGS WERE DAMAGED DUE TO FAULTY CONSTRUCTION. WHEN I LEFT THE PROPERTY I NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE OR LETTER AS TO WHY I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. THE MANAGERS ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SO IS THE STAFF AT THE COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANY RESIDE WHERE THEY MANGE ANY PROPERTIES. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS THEN I WOULD HAVE.

I got lucky! Finally got a fair shake in a choking economy. A few days before Christmas 2012 I got a call from a very cool manager. The result? Got a new apartment in a new building.  Go a boss rooftop patio area. Got cool neighbors. Gotta go..I'm not retired yet, but I really like the relaxing peaceful vibe of THIS John Stewart location.

tHE WORST COMPANY, THEY DO NOT MANAGE, THEY RUN THE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT THROUGH INTIMIDATION AND THREATS VIA THEIR lEGAL STAFF.  tHEY ARE THE only MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT PAYS AN ATTORNEY TO SIT ON THE 6TH FLOOR OF THE SUPERIOR COURT BUILDING FOR 40 HOURS PER WEEK JUST IN CASE THEY HAVE AN EVICTION CASE TO FILE, nothing else!

DO NOT WALK RUN RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
