When a loved one passes away unexpectedly it can turn your life completely upside down.  When a young loved one passes away in unforeseen circumstances and they’ve left no Will or so much as instructions it adds insult to injury.  Such a moment is exactly what my family went through. When my daughter’s father passed away it created a void but it also left a whirlwind of legal issues. If not for John and his firm I am not sure my daughter would have been awarded those things in life that her father would’ve wanted her to have.  John and his team brilliantly litigated on our behalf and help us get that last bit of closure we needed.

John Mroczko is a very skilled real estate and probate attorney.  He also expertise in wills and trusts.  I highly recommend him!

I was listed as an heir of my aunts estate. Mroczko was the administrator I received nothing but everybody else listed did.  He took no responsibility for his ineptness to do his job.
I hope whoever sees this will consider another attorney that can do the job that they are paid to do.
