Didn't honor or explain 35 minute wait time for haircut. I left as another appointment approached, and I didn't want a rushed cut. Disappointing!

My daughter and I went to John Taylor for massages and pedicures.  Wonderful!  Except they said that one of my gift certificates couldn't be used because it was expired.  It had no expiration date on it.  I just think that they should still honor gift certificates. .....it was worth either $135 (or if my husband paid for the tip) $150!  It's expensive as it is but to keep the money already paid is just not right!

Great place! Always friendly, gracious & relaxing. Best mani/pedi in town. I really like their selection of products, too! The last time I was there, they had a promotion where you picked a prize card out of a fish bowl as you were checking out...I won a free full size hair product! That was a fun treat. I've been going for years & will keep going.
