I had many lawyers tell me over and over they could not or were not able to get my case put back on the docket. When I called Mr kirkman he returned my call that day with news of my date back on the docket later that week and for a fair price. Also offered to remain to represent me on the case for the remainder of the case. I am young and work very hard 6 days a week and have a tight budget and his office allowed me to make reasonable payments which was the best thing about him. I will always chose Mr kirkman from now on

Compassionate and strong attorney that charges a fair fee.   John took time to truly focus on my legal concerns and not just get to his next client to make a dollar.

I had Mr. Kirkman as a mediator, twice.  I can only say he's in it for the money.  This man has no compassion or concern for those divorcing.  "Show me the money" must be his personal mantra.  Very disappointing.  Oh, and wait for it, wait for it...........(long drawn out mediations).....wait for it.......show me the money!  No resolution!!!  Think about it.

Not only did Mrs. Kettle misplace my files , she seemed to be on the guys side who abandoned my mother  . Debbie the paralegal can't remember appointments.  The smartest one there is the nice lady at the window .
