I have been using this location for a couple years, I would say I have been here 15-20 times over the past couple of years. Today I went in and forgot that I needed to get my new license. The lady informed me they were closing at 1 for the holiday. I hurried over to the license center and made it back at 12:59. I realize it was almost closing, but its 1pm in the afternoon on a wednesday.... The lady knows i rushed to make it back and said "we are closed" . Not one bit of sympathy... I will never go back to this location, the old lady just has a poor attitude. I'll find another notary who wants my business....

I had a enjoyable experience. Even though I had to come back 4 different days, due to my lack of preparation. The two ladies up front were always nice and courteous. I thank them for not getting frustrated with me and forguiding me along in that arduos ordeal.

I went in to purchase a "NEW" tag for my old car since I purchased a new vehicle and transferred my old "personalized" (vanity) plate to the new vehicle.  They didn't ask me anything about the old plate and I expressly and simply asked for a "NEW" tag for a vehicle that doesn't have one...however, they gave me a different tag, REPLACING my old one which was currently attached to the new vehicle.  By doing that, they nullified the plate on the new vehicle making it a "DEAD" plate and unusable.  I now need to purchase a new tag for the new vehicle, paying a second registration fee.  And the cost of my personalized plate turns out to be a waste of money thanks to this agency!

Annette is an amazing Notary. She was able to guide us through a variety of seller/buyer questions in complex senarios and assisted us in smooth transactions of selling many items including cars, trailers, a boat, four-wheelers and a house.
