To be honest, this new turn you guys are pulling it ain't looking good. For a common pub we already have Chili's and Applebees. Your new foods are average. The new decor...I really have no words for it. Waiters and cooks were very attentive, but the food was just plain average.

Waited 15 minutes for service, even after flagging a server! This place used to have excellent service. Food was average. Definitely not worth the wait.

Super gross!!! Went to eat with a friend on 9-22-17. Had a roach climb up my leg when I was eating. I called over a waitress and a second waitress used a napkin to remove the roach from the booth. As I was coming out of the restroom after washing my hands and leg with soap and water, the Manager, Jacob, was waiting for me. The Manager never apologized and only informed me that the door was frequently opened and that must have been how the roach got in. He then said "let me see what we can do about the check". He never talked to me after that, and never apologized. I got the check and no discount, he even ignored me when I was walking past him when leaving. It was only later that night when I called and spoke to Letty the General Manager that I received an apology. I also spoke to the Manager, Jacob, who also acknowledged he made a mistake and should have apologized at the table to my friend and I, and followed through with his promise about the check. As I informed Jacob, I didn't expect a handout, but if he makes promises to his customers he needs to follow through or not make promises he can't keep. I also told him that this was not the case of an over cooked meal or raw chicken or a missing side, I actually had a roach on me and I was never checked on or apologized to by the Management. Guys save your money and go to another restaurant. There are plenty of places you can eat Italian dishes that have a pest free eating environment with Management that actually cares about each customer. I'm from Harlingen and I had traveled to Brownsville to eat at Carinos and I should have stuck to Olive Garden or Stefano's. I've never had a roach issue at any other restaurant.

Good meal. Waitress was very good and attentive. We have ate at Casino's for years. More than enough to eat.
