Me and a couple other college students were in Pittsburg, and we were looking for somewhere to get a quick brunch. We found this place and it was phenomenal. The service was fast, the food was great, and the atmosphere was amazing! Thank you so much to the owners, this was fantastic :Food: 5/5

Small diner is a remote area. Serves both breakfast and lunch with daily specials. Definitely recommend coming for breakfast as their omelets are delicious! Also had the bacon cheeseburger which was good. Portion sizes are generous and reasonably priced. Fast and friendly service. Cash preferred over cards in order to avoid a credit card surcharge. Definitely worth a return visit!

Local diner with super tasty food! To preface, I’ve driven past Johnny’s for a year, smelling the delicious breakfast as I drove to the gym. Well, finally this weekend, I had to try it & WOW was I not disappointed. Tastes just as it smells, amazing. Everything from the pancakes to the eggs were cooked to perfection. I do over-medium & we know how hard that is to deliver on, well Johnnys delivered! I love the homey atmosphere and you’d swear this really was all of johnnys family working! Anyways, I’m glad this is just down the hill from us. We will definitely be back & recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Look in the dictionary under "greasy spoon" and you'll find this place. That is not a knock on them. I love a good greasy spoon. The omelet I ordered was very good though technically not an omelet and the waffle was far better than I was even expecting. The place is small though and not just as in 'few seats' but claustrophobically small. There also seems to be the exact number of parking spots in the lot too. So if there's a wait, there's likely no parking.  Parking: Free parking lot but few spots

I started eating at Johnny's when I was working and it was Pip's. Cathy and her girls do a fantastic job pushing good food out fast. Even if it's packed and you have to wait lunch is the busiest, it's not much more than 15 minutes. I still go there, and I've been retired for 4 years and have to drive 18 miles.Food: 5/5

Certainly Johnny's Diner is an out-of-the-way place close to Pittsburgh. If you're looking for a very reasonably priced restaurant, this is the place for you. Very busy on a Tuesday morning even hard to find a place to park in the lot attached to the restaurant. It cleaned out pretty fast and we were able to get a booth. Very popular restaurant.  Parking: All of the spots were taken when I got there, but it was a decent-sized lot in comparison to the size of the restaurant. I waited for a few minutes and had a space.
