first exam Dr Okuwobi hit his stop watch when he entered the room.  I asked him what he was timing he said he needed to get his patient face time down to 9 mins.
second exam, during the exam he answered his cell phone and proceeded to have a conversation with his mechanic about repair to his Mercedes.
3rd and last exam,  went for a physical .  office charges me for services way outside a physical.  then I proceeded to get harassing phone calls at all hours for payment of my copay for these unauthorized services.

Unprofessional staff, long waits on the phone and the office. The doctor has twice sent me a copy of my lab work with no explanation- just notes written on the lab sheet and attached referrals to go to a specialist. Recommended treating my husband for a condition without fully diagnosing it, while the specialist ruled out that he did not have the condition at all. They are friendly towards my daughter and very nice to her, and she does not mind going there. The recording states they have Saturday office hours, but they do not answer the phone on Saturdays. It's far more convenient to go to a walk-in emergency place for illness than to wait for an appointment here.

The Nurse Practitioner, Patricia Young, CRNP, is a patient focused provider who listens to the patient and describes in very clear terms what she perceives the problem to be and describes any necessary follow-up, referral, or treatment in understandable language.  She later communicates with the patient on her own initiative as follow-up to assess progress and need for any further intervention.  She practices high quality coordinated care.  She is supported by a well trained team oriented toward patient satisfaction.

Everyone was very kind and professional, and I really appreciate being able through MyChart to send emails to my doctor, have access to my files, and make appointments. Welcome to the 21st century!

The staff is so unprofessional.  It takes up to a week to have your prescriptions called in. 
Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment to be seen.
