Really convienent right off College ave. And one of the most affordable storage in Fort Collins. They have lots of different size storage units which all have a rolling door, however, no climate control.

Had an issue of someone appearing to be living inside the unit, wrote a review explaining the situation, got a nearly immediate response from the property owner stating that the problem has been taken care of. Great customer service, and I thoroughly appreciate the swift action that was taken. Great place to store belongings at a fair price! 5 stars!

Ya the manager was nice.... But we got screwed over by her. We told her we only needed the storage unit for 2 months or so. She said just let her or the lady covering her vacation know a few days before moving out. I personally told her 2 weeks ahead . And now 6 months later we received a letter from CAPSTONE Development Partners , LLC saying we owe $78. We were told we were good to go. I feel this company tries to scam people by being extremely nice then screw you over in the end. Also she allows homeless people to live in their storage units... And she will leave gates open 24/7 so people can come and go as they please.

The manager is nice. She helped me a lot. Besides the price is higher and higher each year, which is also due to the whole market, everything's fine.

"The Leader In Fort Collins Self Storage" certainly has an allure to it. It's anything but. One would figure exceptional service, great location, and good faculties. Lacking any service whatsoever, the front desk woman with long dark hair was nothing short of rude, short, and remarkably incapable of helping me store my belongings. When I asked where another suitable place would be, they again fell short in assisting me to find a place to store my belongings. The location is biased, it's probably close enough for most, and myself, but others will need to make this judgement on their own. On a side note, their location does seem to be placed in a sketchy parts car neighborhood. The faculties seemed up to date with any typical storage place, like a U-Haul, Store-N-Go, ect, however their prices are much steeper.
