My experience with Dr. Johnson was very negative. It boils down to bad bedside manners and an inexcusable lack of 'customer care'. I came in the room, having never been there before. I expected to meet a doctor that would talk to me face to face and look me in the eye. However, it was all business. He sat staring at the keyboard and screen of his laptop firing off question after question. I was so surprised. I felt like just another patient. I tried to ask him some questions to calm my uneasiness but to no avail. He gave short answers and went back to work. I was very saddened because when you come to a doctor and discuss health issues that you are concerned about, you want to be understood and some of those things can be embarrassing or of a sensitive nature. There seemed to be no human interchange between us, just a one sided approach where the doctor takes and takes, and doesn't give back. Most of all though, at the point when he was treating me in a way I had never experienced or did not quite understand, he proceeded without any explanation, preparation, or care. It was horrible. I felt used, alone, and emotionally exhausted. Please, rethink your decision to see Dr. Mark Johnson. There may be better doctors out there. He's not a bad human being, however, just in need of professional practice improvement.

Update: MARK DALE JOHNSON IS AN INCOMPETENT THIEF!!!
I paid my copay. Somehow these criminals found a way to bill me another $20 without any reason or explanation. Never in my life have I felt so betrayed by someone i needed to trust with my health and safety. 

Original: I've seen some incompetent doctors in my day, but Dr. Mark D Johnson is the only one who ever literally added an insult to the injury he caused me in his office while attempting to test my range of motion. I warned him i couldn't bend very far and asked him to please be gentle. He yanked my leg so hard i yelled "Stop, STOP! It hurts!"

...his exact words were: 

"Shut up. Don't holler out." 

Dr. Mark D Johnson is a greedy, sadistic, incompetent, jerk AND A THIEF!!! How this monster is allowed to mascaraed as a doctor is beyond me.

I've seen Dr. Johnson since I was boy. He's always been very personable and been able to help my medical issues. I will go to him until he retires.

Professional and caring staff. Dr. Johnson is very good, and has always taken great care to help and find real solutions to any problem I may have. He and his staff have been taking care of me and my family for many years.
