I had an absolutely horrible experience when working in an office rented from Ashely Johnson. He never finished repairs stated in the rental agreement, took 6 weeks to do basic work that prevented opening. One room he never replaced the ceiling tiles, I swear to you a raccoon came from the ceiling and he still didn't fix it nor call an exterminator. There were spiders and creepy crawlers everywhere. I was responsible for bug treatment, he said his only responsiblity was to ensure electric was in proper order. After an intruder was found in the building he said he'd have proper locks installed on the main door, that was never done. When I switched companies he went to my old company with lies about me that are easily proven to be lies in an effort to avoid paying for the new door/locks himself. He demanded they pay for fumigation services at my fault when he had previously admitted the previous occupant had smoked in the office for 17 years. Mind you I was the one who cleaned the office upon moving in, 17 years of nicotine on Windows, walls, ceiling. He's knew the business hours of that office when leased and now says they must close when the building does. In my opinion it's unprofessional for his to continue to bad mouth me to my last employer, especially since his complaints are point blank lies.
