Everyone at the practice has treated not only our animals but us like family. I know that when my animals are in the hands of anyone in the practice whether it be for laser treatment, surgery, or boarding they are in the best hands possible. Dr. Assad takes the time to personally talk to us about the care being provided and what he is doing and why to treat our animals. It puts our minds at ease every time our animals are treated. We are not clients to anyone in this clinic we are their family and that is the best feeling.

Johnstown Veterinary Associates are wonderful! The staff is always helpful, caring, and friendly. Dr. Assad is fabulous! You won't find better vet care anywhere else!

I have been a client for over 10 years and I will never go to another vet. Both the staff and the doctors care so much for my animals and I can tell they want whats best for them.I'm the type of owner that worries about every little thing and the doctors will take the time to answer every question. I would recommend Johnstown Vets to anyone looking!

I don't doubt that the vets are very good with the animals and are knowledgeable. But I have been grossly overcharged each time I've had to go there. The grooming experience I had was a disaster; I've never had worse results. Then, when I complained, I was told, Oh, she doesn't have experience with large dogs, ask for ____ next time. Well, it would have been very helpful and good customer service to be given the competent person in the first place. I was told by the office manager that that was just the way it was and that I knew what their prices were (except that I was overcharged for shots that I had been told were less than half of the cost I had to pay. I have to use them again, probably tomorrow, because my cat is ill, and I am dreading the visit. I have to use them because they are the easiest vet for me to get to with my dogs (we can walk) and I can take the cat on the bus. I think there should be a multi-pet discount and a person's ability to pay should factor in to the advice they receive, instead of a high-pressure sell, which is usually what I am faced with.

Love them !! They were so sweet to me and my doggies all the time! I have since moved and feel lost without them !❤️
