This place is rad for a summer hangout! Their shakes are exactly as pictured. Love the option to make them boozy! Their cocktails are super fun. Have now tried several shakes and the cotton candy cocktail.  We did also get burgers and fries last time, as well as the mac and cheese. I don't know the actual process for the burgers, but they were more like thin patties than smash burgers, which was disappointing, but we were there for the shakes anyways!  LOVE the outdoor space! It's camp themed and so fun, saw so many families and kids there. I really enjoy that it doubles as a date night spot and a family spot.  Wheelchair accessibility: The outside space is definitely wheelchair accessible. Easy to access from the side - someone still has to go in to check in has been my experience.  The bathroom...was not fun. They said the one downstairs is not exactly wheelchair accessible, but they share the building with maybe apartments or something and a manager unlocked the upstairs for me to use those via elevator. Those ARE wheelchair accessible.

We family of 5 loved eating at JoJo's whole in Chicago.  We found it our first time for dessert ... so good ... fancy shakes, a mug brownie and hot cocoa with marshmallow cream.  We eneded up going back for dinner a couple nights later because of the fun atmosphere and good prices.  The dinner was really good too.  Pot pie, fish and chips, Mac & cheese, cheeseburgers.  This time we finished with cookies ... warm and delicious.  Highly recommend JoJo's River North.

JoJo's, the place diets go to die.  I love their shakes.  Much more than your average normal shake.  Toss in a cone, a cookie and some love, you have a masterpiece.  Recommend to everyone.  Great place to bring the family.Food: 5/5

First off, the service here was the best service we have had in a very long time! Very attentive, fast, and helpful with the menu. The food was amazing as well and the shakes of course were not only eye pleasing very delicious.  We are a family of 5 so it can get pricey but hey, it's Chicago. We will be back!  Dietary restrictions: Were were asked upon the servers greeting if there were allergies.  And being an allergy family it was really appreciated  Kid-friendliness: Crayons, kids menu, small cups with lids

Service was outstanding! Had many laughs, and he recommended amazing food! Place was such a vibe with nice music. Definitely try the chicken sandwhich and smash burger! Highly recommend this place! : You won't regret it! Fries were also super crunchy and nice  I will definitely be coming back here Food: 5/5

I would give the milkshake a 8/10. They are pretty good I just wish it was a little thicker. I liked the atmosphere because during the day it is definitely kid friendly. I think it would be cool if they had a create your own shake with toppings.Food: 4/5

Our server and bartender Juan was fantastic, super approachable, well rounded and fun. The food was out fast, fresh and delicious. Some of the best food I've have on my visit in Chcago. The atmosphere is positive, friendly and welcoming! The service is also top tier. I highly recommend!Food: 5/5

Had caramel shake it was amazing. Best shake I’ve had in long time. Buffalo wings are  hot. Had sweet & spicy chicken sandwich…. Desserts are definitely the best.  Took 5yr old for birthday. Had perfect dessert for her.  Very friendly & attentive customer service. Adult & child friendly. They also sale products at reasonable price with restaurant name on it.

Definitely a great family friendly place! Food was great and drinks were strong and if you bring your kids they are sure to have an amazing time because the staff is amazing!  Parking: If you park in the lot next door they require you to pay but Jojos takes the price off your final bill!

The waitstaff and bartenders both give you the attention and space you need at the appropriate times and are overall jovial and convivial no matter how busy they are. Additionally, if you want a near fatal dose of 90s nostalgia then the music and television programming have you covered. Lastly, the milkshakes and food are worth the money and potential wait to be seated.  Vegetarian options: There are clearly labeled vegetarian options, though they are relatively few.  Dietary restrictions: Each time we dined here we were directly asked if there were any allergies, etc, that they needed to know about. It's clear that they prioritize the ability of each patron to dine comfortably and, most importantly, live to tell about it.  Kid-friendliness: It's the physical embodiment of sugar- and nostalgia-induced overdose. It's great.
