I was just there an hour ago .... I pulled in with a flat tire.   I asked if someone was there that could help m?.  Brock immediatedly responded sure do you have a spare.    He quickly started working to lower my spare.  He was immediately join by another gentleman that worked quickly on the wet parking lot to help him.  I offered him a small token of my appreciation, he would not accept.  I was persistent and put the money in his shirt pocket, he gave it back.  His response " People do not do not show enough kindness.... put it towards a new tire.   It brought tears to my eyes.  What  they didn't know is that I am a divorce single parent, feeling down about my problems and the issues with my car.  I was headed to Joliet Junior College to pick up my son.  Thank  you guys for the act of kindness you showed me.

Very Blimp friendly. .. Always enjoy our stay here. Snoopy 1 out of Florida on our way to Moline IL. For the John Deere Classic.

I was there in the summer of 2012 on 3 occasions flying my ultralight, powered parachute. Depending on who is on duty either they are very welcoming, or will try to force daily usage fees, and that I can only use the bumpy-poorly maintained grass runway. I will never use it again.
