They probably has the best fried chicken. I love their spicy fried chicken. Very tender and juicy. I got their 3-piece with 2-side combo with drinks. I find their pineapple drink a little too sweet for my liking but I guess it’s better than other soft drinks options. I didn’t like their mashed potato as they tasted artificial. This combo was $22 with tax, a little pricey but their chicken is top tier.
Had the 6 piece bucket of chicken half spicy/half regular with regular fries and a drink. The chicken was good, tasty crispy and just spicy enough. Comes with gravy not that great will skip next time. Better fried chicken than what I have had at other fried chicken fast-food places recently. The service was fast as there wasn't a line up at the time. Lots of place to sit and fit a stroller in as well. Would recommend and will go again. Kid-friendliness: Little booths were you can sit down with kids and stroller friendly
I mean it was okay fried chicken. Nothing terrible. They didn’t have any spicy chicken left when I ordered but asked me to wait 20 minutes for it. I was in a bit of a rush so I just said I’d take the original instead. Little did I know it would still take over 15 minutes to get my order out.. disappointing. Slow service and the food didn’t even make up for that. Chicken was fine. Sweet spaghetti was fine. Mashed potatoes were fine. Everything was just so average. Star knocked off for speed.
Went there and had a Peach mango pie and pineapple Quencher. The peach mango pie is something I will easily go out of my way for and that’s how good it was. The quencher is very good too if you like pineapple juice and if you like sweet drinks. And service was nice and fast, Overall great experience would go backFood: 5/5
It's been a while since I've dined at Jollibee and enjoyed their delicious fried chicken but here I was, at Promenade Mall, parked at an entrance right next to the restaurant. I ordered the two-piece meal one regular, one spicy with fries, gravy, and a pineapple juice. Mmm, it looked yummy! Looks, however, can be deceiving. While the flavour was good, the chicken was not as fresh as it could/should have been. It wasn't even hot. The fries were definitely not fresh. The pineapple juice made up for it though. It was tasty and refreshing! I know, from experience, that Jollibee can do a lot better. Maybe next time...

Jollibee Palabok was ok but the chicken could have been better as it was red and a little raw on the inside. Also, most items at Jollibee in general contain pork. Love going to this location by Promenade. Always fast and friendly service. The employees take their time to ensure my order is correct. Then they give you a buzzer to alert you when your order is ready. I enjoy their bucket of fried chicken spicy or non-spicy and their famous palabok. We even got their peach mango pies for dessert. Prices are moderate and the portion sizes are good. Will be back for more!
It’s alright. Same as Popeye’s. Their mashed potatoes and mango peach pie was very good. Their spicy chicken has quite the kick for those who are not use to it.
