slow, take forever to get anything done. broke my machine when i brought it in for service and took over 3 hours for their idiot new guy to fix what they broke. will not return.

They offer great prices, great products, and best shipping in the industry! I've been to their store and it is amazing. It is the all you can eat buffet for professional carpet cleaners.
