The smell isnt great, but the ppl that run this place have a big heart. They will take any stray or abandoned animal without question. Plus they are really really friendly and always have our feeder mice for our ball python in stock. All my pet/animal needs i go to jons exotic pets.

Jeannie is beyond helpful with helping you purchase a pet and she has gone above and beyond with helping me with my new baby hedgehog as well as multiple betta fish. She ensures to keep the hedgehogs until they are 8weeks old to ensure they can be independent of their mother and she sticks to that. She knows what she is doing and she manages a great store full of exotic pets that are hard to find anywhere else.

I always get my rats there this time when we went in the place it was DIRTY and SMELLED so bad we had to hold our nose. 
The SMELL was like the animals were Left by their selves for days.. 
I am very disappointed!!!

I just today went today to  this pet store, the new owner has really cleaned the place up. They have a good selection of animals from pot bellied pigs,puppies,hedgehogs,bunnies, to macaws! They have many toys,treats,grooming,and care supplies. I am very pleased with their store, it is definitely a great pet store than what it used to be with the previous owner.
