I've always loved Jon Smith subs! From their steak bomb to the tuna salad, everything is fresh! Had a slight problem with a chow cab delivery and the owner Barbra was quick to make it right! All I can say is they care that you get what you paid for! And that comes with great service at no extra charge! I'll always being my business back!

Wow! First time at John Smith Subs and im not the owner but my name happens to be Jonathan Smith.

Our food was unbelievably good both yesterday and today. The owner Barbara was so nice too us when we visited the first time. My father has been having health issues and it makes it difficult for him to get around.  All of the staff were very patient with us and did everything possible to make our visit great.

Food gets 5 stars
Customer Service 6 stars.

I had the 6" steak bomb and fries. Freshest bread, great steak and cheese. Fries nice and crispy. Best I ever had. Told my wife I would get something different next time - a 12" steak bomb!

So glad to have a Jon Smith's in our area again. Nice new clean and friendly service. Steak subs were tender, juicy and full of flavor.

I originally gave this store a 5 star after enjoying the news there was finally a Jon Smith in Martin county. However due to recent experiences, this review had to be changed. Since they have opened I can only count on one hand how many times I've been there..... And every time (Minus 1) has there been some type of issue with the service/food ordered. 3 times my orders were placed, when I returned back home to eat, I noticed it was wrong. I called the store to let them know of the error and they offered to fix it if I could return. I live in Palm City and it's not as simple as hopping in the car and going right back to the store to get a correct order made. I went back the following day (both times) and spoke to the manager Barbara and she comp'd my meals both times and apologized for the inconvenience/service I received and she made sure the orders she gave me were 100% correct. This past week I made an attempt to get my girlfriend to try it out (mind you she is a vegetarian) to get a cold veggie sub with exactly what she wanted. I placed my order of both her and my sub in the store, clearly telling the cashier what she wanted on her sub. When we both returned home, my girlfriend was shocked at what was on/was not on her sandwich: missing ingredients and toppings I specifically said to add/remove, making it inedible for her. She called and told the girl who was working at the time and her resolution was to call back tomorrow and AGAIN talk to Barbara. After this, neither my girlfriend or I are interested in eating at this location again. We shouldn't have to call the store every time after we get home to eat our food, to let them know they screwed up our order and basically just throw away money on something we can't/won't eat.
