I met Jonathan last year through my bookkeeper Lisa Wood. He sat down with me and gave me the time I needed to review my business plans and project for the future. Jonathan is very responsive and delivers on time. He has a extensive background and depth and breadth of experience having worked for a very large CPA firm. I have alot of confidence in Jonathan's ability and expertise and I highly recommend him.

My experience working with Jonathan for my small business tax preparation and planning has been 100% positive and I've referred him to several friends and family and they unanimously say the same thing.  I came to Jonathan after working for several years with another CPA who just wasn't able to get it done; my business was getting killed with tax expenses so I had to do something and Jonathan literally rescued my business.  I had been overpaying taxes for several years and Jonathan was able to leverage that to give me one full year where I didn't have to pay any tax at all.  How awesome is that!!!  Jonathan is very knowledgeable with the ever changing tax codes, which is essential but what I like most is his ability to take complex tax issues and explain them to me in laymen's terms so that I understand.  Every year my taxes are filed I am confident that Jonathan and I were able to work together to prepare a fair and honest return that maximizes the tax benefits available to small businesses.
