Doctor Noble is a good doctor. I have had good experiences with him working on and explaining some of the more challenging aspects of my personal healthcare. It takes a smart doctor to understand the details of my situation, but smart doctors come with their own set of problems, most notably disorganization. I have accepted that this is the price you have to pay to have a sharp physician, but it also means you have to double check his work for simple mistakes. That is my biggest complaint, which ironically stems from his biggest asset. Doctor Noble uses a 3rd party billing company that is awful. We have been repeatedly billed for the same thing even after they have looked at it and said it was their mistake. He doesn't take responsibility for the billing companies mistakes and that is his right I guess... Overall, he is a good doctor, but please check your prescriptions to make sure they are complete and include crucial info like "take x amount PER DAY."

My 9am appointment - that's when they open -was inexplicably delayed by almost an hour even though I arrived early. When I had called to make the appointment, I'd asked for a general check up, and to please look at my toe. They classified the visit as dermatology, meaning I paid $140 out of pocket instead of $0 like I expected, and I'm still waiting to see if they actually contacted my insurance company to check whether insurance covers any ofthis. I doubt if they will because they have incentive and is been two months. They are so disorganized that they had to call me three weeks later to get my correct insurance info - theirs had an error and during the hour I was waiting, they didn't photocopy my insurance card. On top of that, I didn't get my annual check up like I had hoped for. They did, however, bill my insurance for a lab test, and my insurance says I owe money for that, even though I asked the P.A. (no I didn't get to see a doctor) to only run the test if I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Finally, the medication she proscribed cost over $2000, and wouldn't be covered by my insurance, probably because they were lazy when they submitted my info to the insurance. This place was an expensive deceitful waste of time.

I recently made Dr. Noble my primary care physician. He spent a lot of time discussing the probable causes of my condition and brain storming with me about the best course of action. I've never had a doctor who wanted my opinions and encouraged me to do my own research. Before my first appointment ended, he gave me an order for lab work (my ex doctor would have made me come back for that) and two referrals. I saw him again two weeks later for a physical and received the same excellent treatment.
