While some bakeries use margarine or even lard in their production, we feel that the use of 100% butter, traditionally hand-folded into our pastry dough is essential to making the tastiest, flakiest pastry that we can. Furthermore, European chocolates, real eggs and fresh whole milk make our products part of a completely high quality, premium line baked goods.
