I am Bob C from Chesapeake. I have used CPA services over the last 20 years for my small business and personal tax preparation. Most of those years I chose a small individual preparer to control cost as well as to enhance individual service. Four years ago when my tax preparer retired, he passed along his clients to Jones CPA Group in Virginia Beach. Honestly, I assumed that both my costs and level of service would be adversely affected. Therefore, I was quite surprised when that was not the case. 
From the beginning, Jones CPA Group took the time to review my previous returns, understand my business and address my concerns. Over the last four years I have been very satisfied with the level of service I have received. Enough so that I have recommend them to a number of my business associates. I have also been very satisfied with my preparation costs. They have addressed my questions during the tax season and have been prompt in answering tax questions that I had during the year…such as relating to 529 education deductions.
I highly recommend Jones CPS Group for both tax preparation and accounting related services.

I have been with the Jones CPA Group (Formally Strickland & Jones) for ten years. During that time, they have watched over my company, as well as me personally. They are always there when I have questions. Nell Green and Michelle Duke are simple the best. It's simply like a family. I couldn't imagine being without them.
