From our first contact with Richard Jones in the planning of our mom's funeral service at High Gate; we were treated with kindness and respect.  It's hard enough to plan a loved ones funeral, but to do so 1700 miles away is really hard.  I had two telephone conversations with Richard and not a detail was missed.  When we arrived at the church on Saturday morning we were all warmly greeted by Richard and his son.  Everything ran as smoothly as possible.
