Andy came out quickly on the weekend on SHORT notice.  Pumped my overfull four chamber system.  Taught me some septic care items.  This saved the weekend as we had company coming.  Thanks Andy!

Remember the good old days when someone gives you a quote, and sticks by it without trying to upsell? These guys just left our house.. We're so glad we hired Jones Septic!

Hard working, good manners, thorough, prompt, cleaned up afterwards, and  honest about the quote..I'm a skeptical person by nature, so I expected the used car salesman technique I've experienced in this industry..
Andy & Jake went way above and beyond digging up & pumping out our septic tanks..They unplugged our septic line, crawled under our house, & helped reconnect a vent pipe to our sewer line a recent past plumber knocked off and crawled past, without fixing. Jones septic was there to work, and I was frugally pleased with the bill.
My wife & I were both very happy with their humor & "getter dun" attitude. A strong handshake when we met while looking me in the eyes confirmed our decision to hire you. We'll be sure to spread the word... Two thumbs up, gents.

OUTSTANDING septic company.  Most everyone on our street of 24 homes uses Jones Septic because he is reliable, through, resonably priced and does great at explaining why you should never put in certain chemicals and teaches you the operation of a septic tank and system and that it does not need pumping at each required inspection.  This saves us and our neighbors LOTS in unnecessary fees which many other septic companies will try to get you on.  He is HIGHLY respected by officials in Thurston County for his honesty and work ethic.  He will tell you like it is.  He has a great sense of humor, which in that business really helps.  We ONLY use him for our required inspections since we live in a watershed area and pumping if needed.  Other companies could learn from Chris, the owner of Jones Septic.
