I've been using this CU for 20+ years and have generally had a great experience. One of the downsides is that I'm out of the Joplin area so I tend to use the website frequently to conduct business and all too often, the website is not working. I'm not saying this is an everyday occurrence, but it happens more than it should for a bank. None of my other banks ever have a disconnect in their sites and if they do, they attempt to contact me. Whenever the site is down, I can never get in touch with anyone at the office; the line immediately goes to voicemail. The people here are great; I wish their technology would catch up.
