I HAVE KNOWN JOE, THE OWNER AND PRES. OF THE COMPANY,  SINCE WE WERE IN GRADE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL.  OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN CLOSE FRIENDS: PLAYED FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS DURING OUR LEARNING CHALLANGES  IN GRADE SCHOOL AND LATER IN BUTTE HIGH SCHOOL.   AFTER GRAD FROM BUTTE HIGH SCHOOL.    
jJOE  ENTERED THE SCHOOL OF MINES AND SO DID I.    NEITHER OF US LIKED  THE SCHOOL ALTHOUGH IT WAS A  HARD FOR EACH I DECIDED TO GO TO MISSOULA MT. AND GET SET AND FROM THAT I REALIZED BUSINESS WAS WHAT I WANTED TO DO.   
JOE FOUND THAT ANACONDA WAS A SMALL CITY BUT THE EARLY COMPANIES DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE WITH ALL THE SMELL AND MOST OF THE STUFF FROM THE SMELTER DID NOT CORRECT THE AIR AND OTHER PROBLEMS.   
JOE FOUND THAT A MAJOR COMPANY HAD THE $$$$$$ TO CORRECT THE AIR, THE  DAMAGED GROUND AND THOSE FAMILIES WHO HAD LIVED AFTER THE SMELTER 'S MESS.  JOE WENT AHEAD AND THERE IS THE STORY THAT ONLY JOE SHOULD TELL.

THE ABOVE  AFTER JOE STARTED THE COMPANY AND NEEDED PEOPLE, EQUIPMENT ETC.   YES, JOE DID IT WITH THE BANKS AND DQUIPMENT COMPANIES.   AND A SUPPORTING WIFE, FAMILY AND EMPLOYEES WILLING TO WORK AND DO THE  BEST.
