This company is fantastic! We have used them to replace our AC & water heater. They were honest, affordable, & quick to respond! Linda is always so sweet when I've called into the office. Shannon has been in our home multiple times to do the work & he's really friendly/professional/knowledgeable. We have been out of town while he's installed the units & we trust him completely! It's hard to find a reliable contractor these days & Jordan Mechanical is one of the best we have found. We definitely recommend them!

Settle Apartments LLC has used their services for many years and would not thing about calling anyone else. If I am out of town and a problem arises, all I have to do is call whether the problem is electrical, HVAC, or plumbing they are quick to respond to the problem. They are also attentive to any other problem that may need attention while on the premise. They are also the utmost courteous.

They need to have 10 stars for Jordan Mechanical! April 22 my home was struck by lightning. The fire department was amazed the house didn't burn down, but then God had a hand in that. After calling the fire department my next call was Jordan Mechanical. I had them out for 2 other small issues for plumbing which was handled promptly and wonderfully but I didn't write a review which I should have. Once again Jordan to my rescue. This was major damage and I ended up with 3 WONDERFUL gentlemen, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and fun characters in their own rights. All about my son's age. Well they came when they said they would. Linda kept me apprised of any delays or details bless her heart she put up with all my questions. I in turned followed the boys around because I had so many questions and they I'm sure were amused by the old lady with a million questions. The work was done in the most efficient manner as I do have a medical condition using a breathing machine so they were pushing the clock to get my fried electrical panel replaced to get me powered back up. The damage was fried electrical, fried AC pump, fried flood lights, fried wiring, disappearing nails from the gutter, back boards to gutter fried, gutter fried in several places and roof apex was blown off where the bolt headed back to the sky through the roof. Jordan also helped me find a roofer who does wonderful work and again all these people came to my rescue like knights on white horses. They were in and done very quickly and did such a fantastic job that the following Saturday I guess God decided to test out their workmanship - another bolt hit the house! The boys had put in 2 grounding rods this time and when it struck you could smell the heat from the bolt but I didn't even get an electrical blink as I had lights on and TV running. Not one issue from the second hit - you past the test guys!!!! The story does not finish there. Here it is 2 months later and even though we got the AC repaired as the pump had fried the AC was working fine after the repair...well even though they checked it over the AC 2 days ago it decided it could no longer work. The more it was examined it was found that the strike shortened the life of the AC. Once again my knights in armor came to the rescue and within 2 days I have a new AC. Again professionally done, the price was from all my internet research was extremely fair, the unit is running beautiful and the guys once again, very professional, all business with great employee communication, there when they said they would be, all working in 90 degree heat but still with wonderful attitudes, were efficient, polite, professionals with character thrown in. From office personnel to response to completion you can count on this company being there for you and being there for your home maintenance needs. You can't go wrong with Jordan Mechanical. 6/28 Continuing Saga of my repairs - new issue - toilet would not stop draining every 5 - 6 mins. I tried going to one of the stores to get a flapper and bought a brand name "UNIVERSAL" flapper to replace my warped one..... It was NOT UNIVERSAL. So much for my knowledge. I can do repairs minor around a home but due to the angle of the drain and discussion with a knowledgeable technician friend I need to call a professional as it may have been more than the flapper. Called Jordan and once again they scheduled me quickly and I met a new employee. Again polite, chatty but very professional and educated me on the word "Universal" don't believe that word. The plumber was in out and fixed within 30 mins. Honestly I feel I have a good home with Jordan Mechanical around.

Awesome company and great friendly staff. They do amazing work! They did hvac, electric work and new water line. They where very respectful to my household. Hire these guys!

We bought a home a few years ago that was built in 2001. The realtor used Jordan to service and repair various items in the home prior to the sale. Most significantly was the dual Carrier HVAC system. One of the outdoor units had a leak in the coil which Jordan repaired. This was one factor that almost killed the deal in that I was not too keen with prospect of possibly having to replace the system if the repair(s) were ineffective. To date we have not had a single problem and the system has performed flawlessly. I've used them on subsequent plumbing projects with great satisfaction. The amazing thing is they're rates are very reasonable resulting in great value. I consider Jordan a top-grade mechanical system subcontractor and would recommend them without any reservations.
