I'm pleased with the work they did, but it took months for them start and the real issue was what they left behind. At the end of the first day of siding I called to let them know that I found a few nails on the driveway, they apologized and said they would be sure to double check when they finished up the following day. After the second and final day I found two handfuls of nails in my lawn. I picked these all up in matter of a few minuets, no like I used a magnet just way them with my naked eye. They made no attempt to clean up after themselves and when I called again to complain I got no more than another apology. If anyone had stepped on one of these, or the dog ate one, or I hit them with the mower could have been a real issue but that's not the way they saw it. Of course I got the bill in the mail the next day for full price. Again the people were all very nice and the work was decent but the respect for their customers was made obvious.

My landlord used Jordan Roofing to re-insulate the house I rent. I can't comment on the cost, as my landlord did that, but the guys I worked with were great. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They went above-and-beyond the call of duty to make sure that my house was properly insulated.

My house was in serious need of some new gutters as it had very old vinyl gutters where the seams were breaking down and water was not flowing properly. My soffits and fascia board (wood) also needed to be replaced because of their age and condition, so I decided to get them all done together. I got the three estimates and, though Jordan was the highest of the three (only by a few hundred), the materials that they used made up more than the difference. Seamless aluminum gutters, Owen Corning's RapidFlow gutter inserts (instead of those crappy over-the-gutter inserts that blow off in the wind), higher quality soffits and all done with professionalism and timeliness. Great financing options as well!

Called for to schedule a repair appointment for Holt mi and was told, very rudely, they don't go that far. That suprised me as it said there was an office in Holt.
