I spoke with the manager at this location about a discrepancy in my account when I purchased an item from them. I was impressed that Cameron was very prompt in returning my call and was able to successfully iron out a minor problem. With Cameron at the helm i will certainly go back to this location in the future. He went out of his way to make sure customer service was number 1. You can tag this as "impresssed"

I had a wedding coming up and Alda got me into a great outfit. She was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Great selection and good sales to keep me coming back but the biggest reason to come back is to have Alda put together another great outfit for me.

I got my tuxes for my wedding this past week and it was the absolute worst experience I have had. We had a coupon for a free tux for the groom and $40 off for each groomsman. From the very start from when we ordered the tuxes they did nothing but screw everything up. We arranges to pay 150 per tux and all of my groomsman were charged $200 at different locations. Nothing was added into the computer system about what coupon deal we had. They never called anyone from my party to tell us the tuxes arrived two days prior to wedding. They lost my son's tux and my 11yr nephew had a adult xxl shirt in his tux. My best man was shipped the wrong shoe size and had to drive 30minutes out of the way to get the right shoes. The manager at the Plainville location(John) was a moron and the sales associate (Mike) had no clue what he was doing. The manager at the Glastonbury location was very rude and did nothing to help out my groomsman that used his location. Nobody was reimbursed for the wrong price and then they had the nerve to try and charge late fee charges to everyone even after this whole crap storm occurred. Stay Away from Jos A Bank they do not care about error or customer service.
