So, you go in during their Labor Day Weekend sales -- you get excited because of the BUY 1 SUIT -- GET THREE FREE. The deal sounds great and you try on the suit you like and get three similar ones. At this point, you feel great, are happy you're getting a good deal, and have at NO TIME been informed of any type of terms and conditions SPECIFIC to this sale. You have to leave early after trying on the suit jackets and the salesperson says "No problem," to you getting the pants sized/measured tomorrow. You pay your $850 + bill and go on your way -- to return tomorrow for a mere 20 minutes to get measured. Next day -- only one person in the store, people everywhere, two employees decide to go to lunch at the same time, and the poor guy left alone in the store (Jordan -- this man should get a raise) is running around trying his best to do as much as he possibly can. He measures each pant, takes the notes dutifully, and while you're flustered by the craziness, he does his best to help. When the two ladies from their lunch break return, they casually stroll in and make no effort to help their colleague 'in the weeds.' You bring your suits up and explain the measurements have been made and make to leave. She stops you (one being the lady who rang up your bill the day before), telling you that you have to pay for the alterations. EXCUSE ME? You incredulously respond that you have NEVER had to pay for them before as everyone knows such costs are included when buying an entire brand new suit. Another gentleman named George appears and tells you that because its a sale, they do not include alterations since you aren't paying full price. Why wasn't this made clear to you yesterday? Why do they only apologize and not try to right their wrong? Why don't they offer even a discount on the alterations (you know, to keep the sale and not lose a customer... thus also recognizing their mistake/error and unknowingly saving themselves from getting poor reviews online)?? Such questions, all logical, run through your brain. Would Best Buy sell you a TV on sale and then tell you after paying that the cables aren't included (you know, since the TV was on "SALE")? No. Good luck to you JoS. A. Bank. Learn to make your deals clear to customers and never assume it is PERFECTLY OKAY to nickel and dime your client after being deceived and led to believe alterations are included (AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN). An "I'm sorry," is not enough. Nor is two. Nor three of them. Train your personnel better or risk losing more and more customers.

Loved it! I went there looking for a tuxedo and the staff helped me find what I needed for the price I wanted. Eve was excellent, she helped me find the right tux, shirt and bow tie, took my measurements and got me a great deal. All in less than half an hour, couldn't be happier will definitely go there again. Thank you!

Not a fan. Sales staff has no style sense and ever since their promotions have gone away the expense has gone through the roof.
