My significant other and I walked in at 11am in shorts and flip flops, needing two full suits for a wedding at 4pm the same day. Steve greeted us and offered his service and we couldn't be happier. Steve was polite, friendly and professionally on point when it came it to his manner and his ability to put together two distinct, but complimentary suit looks. We walked out at 2pm with two impeccably arranged evening suits that we look forward to wearing at the wedding today and many days in the future. Thank you Steve!

Went to return a pair of pants yesterday (12/28). The initial man I dealt with was very courteous and understanding. When I initially bought the pants, I used a 'Thank You' coupon worth $20. I told the cashier that I knew I was probably pushing my luck, but asked if there was any chance I could get the coupon back since I only received the balance I paid with the coupon. The cashier said he wasn't sure and that he'd have to ask his manager. I wasn't expecting to get it back, but was expecting them to at least be courteous about it. He was an older man, and immediately reacted like I had three heads. He was incredibly dismissive about my inquiry, and told me that the coupon would be expired anyway. I said that I thought the expiration date was December 31st, so there would still be a few days left and that I was planning on buying something else. He shook his head and was very rude in his response. Needless to say I didn't buy anything else and won't be buying anything else from Jos. A. Bank in the future, despite the fact that they have good quality clothes (although insanely overpriced).
