I had an incredibly awkward experience here. I was being "helped" by a salewoman who already was helping someone. A salesman came up and I told him i was being helped. This did not phase him as he began showing me suits. About 20 minutes later the original saleswoman shows up and gets in a verbal altercation with the salesman about commission. IN FRONT OF ME. I still do not know why I didn't walk out right there. Additionally, I find their advertising misleading. Who is buying 5 suits to receive the full discount? Why did I go in thinking suits were actually 50% off? I will not return, and will caution my friends from going here.

I was just in the store to tailor a suit I purchased online and to return some other items.  The salesperson was incredible, courteous and processed the transactions in record time.  Before I finished the return, the tailor had already finished doing the alteration...Wow!

PITIFUL SERVICE!!! Never going back to the Towson location. Very disorganized. Got stuck with a brand new untrained employee to be fitted for a tux. Waited 30 min for another employee to help him that was distracted for all but 2 minutes of the time I was there. If they were training the new employee, I would have had much more patience, but after waiting around for at least 45 minutes I had enough and went to the Bel Air location, which was much better.
