Ordered 2 suits end of August. One came out ok (waist too big even though I mentioned this and they assured me it was fine). The other still isn’t ready. I’ve had to go in to check to see if it’s ready at least 3 separate times. Each time it either wasn’t altered correctly or altered at all. I moved in the meantime and so going to pickup was a 2+ hour round trip. They promised me 2 weeks ago they would alter and send to a location near my new home the very next day. Just called to discover that (1) the suit has been ready and they didn’t call and (2) there were no notes to ship anywhere.

I paid a lot of money for 2 suits and only have 2 after 3 MONTHS. Have not been offered any form of compensation for this. Absolutely disgusted by this poor excuse for customer service.

You’d think a business that sells and tailors suits would be able to get the job done after all this time...

Employees all tell a different story of what's on sale and what the actual sale price is. Very confusing and I will not be going back again
