Terrible experience, customer service was horrendous. Phill was the most inappropriate sales man ever. We wanted our pant leg to be slimmer and he made the comment, "we don't sell skinny jeans". When our baby started crying he walked to the back and said , "omg, I hate crying kids". And we HEARD him! The constant eye rolls we got was my last draw. We were also promised the suit would be done Thursday and it wasn't done until the next Monday, a couple days before our wedding. I have had bad experience here before but this was the worst it's ever been. To top it while walking out furious another woman told me her experience was aweful also.

They hire a bunch of ****heads. The older men are nice and professional,they are good employees. It's the young ones that are a danger.  They got my order of sportcoats and pants wrong three times. Then they couldn't find them when i called, and lied to me about it. If you must go here,  be persistent and ask repeatedly to go over it with you.

I used to purchase the majority of my professional wardrobe here but the quality is becoming poor.  They also have stopped carrying the XLT size which is what I need.
